No, we offer Property Management as a standalone service to any client that may need it. However, our Property Management service is offered at a discounted rate to existing Rental Management clients.
The confusion usually derives from the fact that they both have a number of overlapping services. However there is a distinct difference between the two. Rental Management services pertain solely to any activities directly related to the rental of the property. These activities include getting the property ready for guests and cleaning up once they have left, however they do not include inspecting the property on a regular basis. Property management ensures that the property is being looked after year round regardless of any rentals.
Our Property Management service gets charged on a monthly basis. This charge varies depending on the number of bedrooms the property has and the chosen service plan.
Apart from the services listed under each Plan, we offer an extensive list of additional services for which we charge separately. These additional services include everything from gardening to pest control. Also, depending on the chosen Plan, we have a set number of monthly callouts included and any additional callouts that surpass the quota for that month will be charged separately.
