Step by Step Guide

Key Card Collection
Please make your way to the entrance of the Cabo Bermenjo urbanization,
To collect the key card simply present the guard the following:
Your passport / method of identification & ask for “Keys for Apartment 1212”
The concierge will accompany you to your apartment

Central AC System
The air conditioning system is controlled through a main panel located in the first guest bedroom.
AC Controls
In each room there is a white control panel which allows you to set the fan speed.
Domotics System
Please do not touch the control panel for the central domotics system. It has been previously correctly configured.
Underfloor Heating
The underfloor heating control is for winter use only, and is usually set-up prior to guest arrival.
Pool Access
There are two swimming pools that can be accessed with the code: 5555
1. NO SMOKING – This is a non smoking property, this means that at no point is it acceptable to smoke anything inside the apartment. If you do smoke, please do so outside of the apartment and use an ashtray.
2. Air–Conditioning – When the air-conditioning is ON please ensure that doors and windows are closed.
3. Garbage – Waste is to be discarded into the bins located on the main street.
4. Electricity – Electricity is extremely costly in Spain, when lighting is not necessary please turn it off.
5. Breakages – We understand that accidents do happen, and we would much rather you report breakages and damages to a member of the Reek & Dalli team as soon as they occur. Once reported, Reek & Dalli strive to get urgent issues sorted as soon as possible.
